The Mighty Oak Within: Your Fitness Journey
Think of an oak tree: strong, resilient, enduring. It didn't become mighty overnight. Like your fitness journey, it grew through consistent effort and time. Every workout, every healthy choice, is like another season, strengthening your trunk, deepening your roots. Be patient, stay consistent, and reveal the mighty oak within you.
In my own personal experience motivation does end, eventually you will not be motivated but what will keep you going is discipline. So that means even if you don't feel like working out and don't feel like going to the gym or going for a run or to do some exercise that you do it. This will build up your discipline and allow you to succeed in the long run. Remember this is not something you can do overnight and it takes time.
